CUSTOMS BROKER’S SERVICES

JSC „Gedlito transportas“ provides customs broker’s services in Klaipeda. On Customer’s request on the basis of Customs broker agreement we represent our customers in customs and effect various customs clearance procedures: submit applications, take samples of the goods, prepare and obtain certificates of origin.

Range of customs broker’s services:

• preparing customs documentation for all customs clearance  procedures;
• representing your interests in customs with full financial liability in all customs  clearance procedures;
• providing guarantees for import and transit procedures;
• on Customer’s request on the basis of Customs broker agreement we represent our customers in customs and effect various customs clearance procedures;
• control of customs clearance  procedures;
• paying customs fees, excise duties and tolls on Customer’s behalf;
• we serve not only road cargo, but also rail cargo and cargo transported in sea containers;
• we process customs documentation for cargo arrival or departure in one day;
• we consult on issues of customs procedures and customs-sanctioned treatment;
• together with the Client, taking into account his requests,  we evaluate his needs and provide recommendations for  best selection of customs procedures;
• we complete and process other international freight documentation – CMR waybills, TIR Carnet and electronic TIR Carnet declarations;
• our customs brokers assist the Client in completing single administrative document (SAD) for import, export ant transit procedures;
• we provide services to Lithuanian, other EU and non-EU  legal and private persons;
• customs broker’s services are covered by our civil liability insurance.
